Kid-Zone After School & Breakfast Club

Friday 19th December 2025 - children should be collected from after school club before our earlier closing time of 5pm.

Breakfast Club:        7.30am - 8.45am      (breakfast served until 8.30am)
After School Club:    3.15pm - 6:00pm      (close at 5pm for either Christmas, Easter or Summer holiday)

Please email to request your place, and the appropriate forms will be sent to you with details of our places/waiting list.  

Staff who work at the clubs do not have any information about payments/accounts. Any queries must be emailed only for the owner, Sarah Hunt, to respond to.

September 2025 Monthly Tariff

Paid in advance at the beginning of each month (1^st-7^th) via Standing Order, Bacs, or childcare vouchers.

NB: Regardless if your child is off or there are school holidays, it does not affect the monthly payment. 

Monthly tariffs are worked out over 39weeks, then broken into 12 monthly payments.  (We do accept flexibility during one week by arrangement and pending availability).

Please inform staff if your child is unable to attend, this will avoid staff looking for children as this will compromise Kid-Zone's safeguarding standards or prevent another child who might need an emergency place.

NB: There is a monthly 10% interest charge if payments expire more than 1 month from the payment due date.

We are registered with debt recovery agency, of in the event the debt recovery agency is required to act on our behalf to recover any outstanding payments, a £25 administration fee along with their costs will be added to your outstanding balance. 

If you account is not at zero balance or in credit for the following half term, Kid-Zone will have no alternative but to withdraw your child/children's place, and forward your details on to our debt recovery department.
